Community Involvement

  • Clerk of Courts: Cynthia served more than 10 years in office as a Deputy Clerk serving in multiple departments, including Customer Service, Probate, and Finance.
  • City of St Augustine: Cynthia has nearly 13 years of experience on the
    Facilities Management Team as the Facilities Coordinator working closely with Facilities Operations and Property Services overseeing city-owned properties, creating work orders, and following through with projects such as the Lighthouse Tennis Court resurfacing project.
  • University of Phoenix: Cynthia worked for 2 years as a financial advisor, assisting over 400 students with their financial needs to acquire their degrees as well as assisting them with their FAFSA Assist, Grants, and Scholarship Applications.
  • Active Member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 194
  • Former 1st Vice and 2nd Vice of American Legion Auxiliary   Post 194
  • Former Board Member of Betty Griffin House
  • Former member of the City Special Events Committee
  • Former Welcome and New Member Ministry at New   Mount Moriah

  • Volunteers on the 1st Saturday of the month delivering   breakfast to Seniors in the community
